Tutorbility is thrilled to announce our official partnership with King's College Cambridge! As proud partners, this collaboration will see us play a pivotal role in the King's Year 12 Access and Application Support Programme, an initiative designed to empower and guide students towards their university aspirations.
About the Programme
This Programme targeted at students in Year 12 who are considering making an application to a competitive university? It consists of online sessions on debunking myths and exploring career paths, subject masterclasses to develop your understanding of the different courses, and a visit to Cambridge where students will have the opportunity to stay overnight in King’s College. Following this residential, students on the programme will receive one hour weekly tuition in an A Level subject of their choice for seven weeks, completely free of charge.
Insightful Online Sessions: Tackle common misconceptions about university life and explore potential career paths.
Subject Masterclasses: Develop your understanding of various academic disciplines with expert-led sessions.
Cambridge Residential Visit: Experience life at King's College firsthand with an overnight stay, giving you a taste of university life.
Complimentary Weekly Tuition: After the residential, participants will benefit from seven weeks of free tutoring in an A-Level subject of their choice, courtesy of Tutorbility's specialist tutors.
Who Can Join?
This initiative is specifically for students in the King’s College link area of the North East of England. This includes schools in the following areas: Darlington, Durham, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Northumberland, Redcar and Cleveland, Stockton-on-Tees, East Yorkshire, Kingston-upon-Hull and York.
